The total area of this villa is 600 m2. The indoor area is 400 m2. Its maximum capacity is 4 couples + 2 adults. The villa was put into service in January, 2016. It’s Absolutely new, has not been occupied yet.
It has a lift Kone (with a loading space for 6) and is equipped up to the state of art. Its finishing strikes a balance between the main Hi-tech components - glass, stainless steel and stone represented by Italian marble and granite. Natural teak - the floor and the furniture - brings the element of the harmony of nature. The furniture is Italian and Swiss. The household appliances, all the electronics, the accessories and the bathroom equipment are German. Split air-conditioning system is Japan.
There are 7 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a balcony, 2 parking places. The villa is planned in an extraordinary way. So right after the entrance you get on the third floor, where the main hall and the «Fire Opal» bedroom with a huge bathtub which overlooks panoramic and breathtaking sea view are located. Then you move down to the second floor where you find 2 stylish bedrooms: «Sapphire» with a panoramic window and a balcony and «Aquamarine» with a private patio. One more bedroom «Green Amber» is awaiting you on the 4th floor near the extremely spacious living room, united with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Incredible «Sky Terrace» with its infinity swimming pool 11×4 m with 11-colour illumination LED and BBQ station owns almost the whole 5th floor, rattan furniture adds comfort and luxury. All necessary houseware and condiments are already there.
The authors of this project aimed to organize the space in the most comfortable and ergonomic way. The level of lighting can be regulated by light dimmers, the curtains can be opened by a remote control - there are automatic electric mouldings for curtains on the windows .
 A home entertainment system includes the largest available SUHD TV with a diagonal of 78 inches, acoustic system Bose, PlayStation 4 with all popular games, an electrical guitar. Each bedroom is equipped with UHD TVs 48 inches and routers for full Wi-Fi coverage.
The villa has its own server room. Internet up to 50 Mbytes/sec. 7 routers. Air-conditioning system Daikin. Electrolux washing mashine and drying mashine. The refrigerator box has a large freezing unit and an ice generator. Also there are Siemens built-in equipment, an automatic coffee-maker, an electric tea-kettle Bosch, a toaster Severin, a blender Philips, a complete set of utensils.
The authors of the project added a range of extra services to make the stay on the Villa more comfortable – breakfasts, a car with a personal chauffeur, organizing individual dive-tours or friendly golf-fights.
